Carbon Evaporator

The Edward carbon evaporator is used to evaporate a thin layer of carbon onto samples to improve the image quality in scanning electron microscope or scanning transmission electron microscope.

  • The thin layer is amorphous.
  • The thin layer is conductive.
  • The thickness is controllable from 1nm.
